Some evening, on reservation, the diner with the hoste is a unique moment. Either facing the huge fireplace or on the terrace for the lovely summer evenings, Michelle will delight you with her recipes made with local products either from her garden or from the farmers of the area. You will taste: cabbage " a la maurice", Epoisse pie, "Cepes" omelette, warm beef tail salad, veggies from the garden, marinated salmon or, a leg of lamb roasted in the fireplace, beef stew, rooster in wine sauce. After the local cheeses, to end with a sweet touch a chocolate mousse, pears in wine, fruit of season pie, a very special French toast. Rene will serve with the menu, wines that he handpicked from the local producers
